Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about AZEO DroidX, workstation setup, and commercial licensing.
Compatibility Questions
AZEO DroidX provides multi-brand identification and servicing intelligence for Samsung, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, OPPO, vivo, Realme, Honor, Huawei, Sony, ASUS, Tecno, Infinix, Nothing, and other Android devices. Feature availability depends on the specific hardware model, Android OS version, OEM security restrictions, and authorized device interfaces.
Technical Questions
AZEO DroidX is built natively for 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1809 or higher) and Windows 11. It requires an Intel or AMD 64-bit processor, a minimum of 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), and at least 500 MB of available disk space along with standard USB 2.0/3.0 ports.
No. AZEO DroidX interacts with connected devices using official, documented Android Open Source Project (AOSP) interfaces via official ADB and Fastboot protocols. It does not flash unauthorized custom ROMs or compromise hardware security modules.
For live system property querying, ADB diagnostics, and deep package inspection, USB Debugging must be enabled and authorized by the device owner. However, devices connected in Fastboot mode or standard USB bootloader modes can be detected, queried for hardware descriptors, and serviced using OEM recovery workflows without active USB debugging.
Licensing Questions
AZEO DroidX licenses are seat-based. Monthly Pro licenses cover 1 active workstation, Annual Professional licenses cover 2 simultaneous workstations, and Lifetime Enterprise licenses include 3 simultaneous activations with the ability to manage and reassign installations via the Customer Portal.
No. AZEO DroidX strictly adheres to ethical, legal software standards. We do not provide exploit-based bypasses, brute-force tools, or unauthorized security circumvention. The platform includes an Authorized FRP Recovery Assistance engine that validates customer ownership documentation and guides technicians through official Google and OEM recovery channels.
General Questions
No. The AZEO DroidX Windows application enforces strict local data isolation. Customer contact details, device service records, and legal consent forms remain encrypted in your local SQLite database on your workstation. The web platform handles only commercial software licenses and user accounts.
Subscribers receive continuous compatibility engine updates directly inside the Windows desktop client. New Android security patch definitions, brand recognition rules, and recovery workflows are published frequently without requiring complete reinstallation.
