1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers subscribing to Monthly or Annual plans may cancel recurring billing at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period, ensuring uninterrupted access until the expiration date.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Annual Plans
We offer a 14-day refund window for initial Annual Professional license purchases if our software fails to operate on your verified compatible hardware due to documented technical incompatibility that our support engineering team cannot resolve.
3. Lifetime Enterprise Licenses
Due to the perpetual nature and immediate cryptographic delivery of Lifetime Enterprise seat keys, lifetime purchases are non-refundable once an activation key has been issued and machine-bound to a workstation.
4. Submitting a Refund Request
Refund inquiries must be submitted through an official support ticket in your Customer Portal accompanied by your invoice reference number and diagnostic logs.
