Privacy Policy & Local Data Isolation

Effective Date: November 01, 2026 • Published by Azeosys Technologies

1. Local Device & Customer Data Isolation Principle

Azeosys Technologies recognizes that mobile service centers handle sensitive personal equipment and confidential customer records. AZEO DroidX enforces strict local database isolation. The Windows desktop software persists repair tickets, customer names, telephone numbers, device IMEI/serial numbers, ownership documentation, and customer consent forms solely within a local SQLite database on your physical workstation. This servicing data is never transmitted to, synchronized with, or stored on Azeosys web servers.

2. Information Collected on the Web Platform

When you register for an account on the AZEO DroidX web platform or purchase a commercial license, we collect only the minimal data required to manage your account and deliver software updates:

  • Contact details: Full Name, Business Email Address, Phone Number, and Company Name.
  • Authentication credentials (securely hashed using Bcrypt).
  • License seat counts and machine installation hashes for activation tracking.
  • Technical support inquiries and ticket correspondence submitted via the portal.

3. Cryptographic & Security Safeguards

All communication between your workstation client and our web servers (e.g. version checks, license heartbeats) occurs over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels. Machine installation identifiers are one-way cryptographic hashes designed to prevent duplicate seat abuse without transmitting hardware serial numbers.

4. Contacting Data Protection Officers

For inquiries regarding data isolation practices or enterprise compliance records, contact the Azeosys Security Office at privacy@azeosys.com.
