Commercial Software Terms of Service

1. Software License Grant & Scope
Azeosys Technologies grants authorized purchasers a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial seat license to install and execute the AZEO DroidX Windows desktop client on the number of workstations permitted by their active plan (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime). Sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing modified binaries is strictly prohibited.
2. Authorized Repair Center Obligations
Licensees agree to utilize AZEO DroidX exclusively for legitimate hardware diagnostics and authorized mobile device servicing. Prior to initiating destructive factory resets or account recovery procedures, technicians must obtain verified customer ownership documentation and affirmative legal consent. The licensee bears sole responsibility for maintaining compliance with local consumer protection laws.
3. Prohibited Exploits & Malicious Use
AZEO DroidX shall not be used in connection with stolen hardware, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful data extraction. Attempting to tamper with license enforcement mechanisms or cryptographic verification tokens constitutes an immediate breach resulting in license revocation.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Azeosys Technologies implements rigorous hardware pre-flight safety gates, mobile device servicing carries inherent hardware risks (including battery failure or bootloader corruption). In no event shall Azeosys Technologies be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from device servicing.
